ICT Infrastructure and Security Analyst

Choice is seeking to appoint an ICT Infrastructure and Security Analyst, we are seeking an Infrastructure Analyst with a strong emphasis on Cybersecurity. This role combines traditional infrastructure responsibilities; supporting, maintaining, and optimising IT systems with critical cybersecurity duties such as monitoring for threats, implementing security best practices, and assisting in compliance and incident response.

• Monitor, maintain, and support core IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services e.g. Microsoft Azure, Amazon Connect.
• Perform regular system upgrades, patching, and configuration updates to ensure performance and security.
• Assist with hardware and software deployments, lifecycle management, and capacity planning.
• Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and operational procedures.

• At least 5 years working in ICT, at least 2 of which as part of an Infrastructure / 3rd Line role.
• Experience of hosted cloud configuration, administration and licensing - preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Previous experience in the configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2016 and above, Active directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Experience of working within the Social Housing Sector
