This role offers exposure to a broad range of banking and finance matters including:

• Corporate finance

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 4 PQE preferred, but all levels will be considered)

• Previous experience in banking & finance or strong transactional background

• Excellent drafting, technical, and negotiation skills

• Strong commercial awareness and client service ethos
