Solicitor / Litigation Executive – Counter Fraud

Are you an experienced litigation professional looking to make a real impact in the fight against fraudulent claims? We’re growing our industry-leading Counter Fraud department and are looking for a talented Solicitor or Litigation Executive to join our dynamic team.

• Managing a varied caseload of litigated County and High Court matters , primarily on an hourly rate basis
• Drafting court documents, applications, instructions to Counsel, and settlement offers
• Investigating and identifying potential fraud , using intelligence and forensic analysis
• Providing commercially focused legal advice to clients and attending hearings and consultations
• Diarising and managing key court dates and deadlines
• Negotiating with third-party solicitors, insurers, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring full compliance with Court Rules , internal policies, and legal practice standards
• Maintaining case progress and client satisfaction through effective communication and time management

• Proven experience handling litigated cases, ideally involving Vehicle Damage and Personal Injury (Defendant side preferred)
• Knowledge or experience in insurance litigation and / or Counter Fraud
• Skilled in forensic analysis and document review
• Confident communicator with strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using Case Management Systems
• A team player with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
