Daniel Johnston Solicitors is seeking a detail‐oriented and highly organised Paralegal to join our growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to support our solicitors across a variety of cases and contribute meaningfully to our clients’ success.

• Manage a caseload of files
• Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
• Deal with matters in the County Court and the High Court
• Send instructions and liaise with Counsel
• Conduct legal research
• Organise and manage case files, documents, and discovery materials
• Coordinate with clients, courts, and external parties
• Support our solicitors in trial preparation and administrative tasks

• Paralegal certificate or degree in legal studies
• 1+ years of experience in motor claims handling or EL/OL/Clin Neg
• Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities
• Proficiency in legal case management software such as Proclaim and Insight
