A leading global law firm with an extensive international presence is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded Employment practice in the Belfast office.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a market-leading team advising multinational and domestic clients on complex, high-value employment matters.

You will advise clients on a wide range of employment and workplace law issues, including:

• Drafting and advising on employment contracts, policies, and remuneration arrangements
• Managing workplace investigations and disciplinary processes
• Supporting corporate transactions with employment law advice
• Handling employment disputes and litigation

• All levels of PQE considered in employment law
• Training and/or experience gained at a reputable mid-tier or top-tier law firm
• Strong technical skills and sound commercial judgement
• Excellent communication and drafting abilities
• A collaborative approach and interest in international work
