We are working with a leading Belfast-based law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic Real Estate team, advising a diverse range of domestic clients on all aspects of commercial property matters. The candidate’s duties will include supporting clients on the sale and purchase of commercial property, working on development and joint venture agreements, advising on property-based secured lending transactions, and supporting clients in property management.

The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development initiatives while managing strong relationships with the firm’s client base.

• 4+ PQE
• Strong background in commercial property, real estate finance, and construction law
