As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Solicitor with Litigation experience to join the Major Injury & Casualty claims team in ourేద award‑winning team in Belfast. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload of Fraud and Motor claims. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high‑quality legal services to our clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the growth and success of our Belfast office.
This is a hybrid role, with the successful candidate expected to attend the Belfast office weekly.
Responsibilities- Manage a varied caseload of litigated EL/PL / Casualty and Personal Injury claims, from inception to resolution.
- Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and liaising with experts.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation, case lawерь and industry trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver integrated legal solutions.
- Ensure ಪ್ರದ compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
Essential
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1‑4 years PQE (Post‑Qualified Experience) in litigation, preferably in EL/PL, Casualty and/or Personal Injury; other litigation experience also considered.
- Strong knowledge of EL/PL, Casualty and/or Personal Injury insurance law, including civil procedure and litigation processes.
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
Desirable
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in handling high‑value or complex claims is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
