Employment Solicitor to join its expanding team.

This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of employment law matters for both employer and employee clients, providing high-quality, commercially-focused legal advice and advocacy. About the Role As a Senior Employment Solicitor, you will:
Lead on advisory and contentious employment law matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, tribunal representation, and equality claims. Provide strategic, practical guidance to clients on contracts, policies, TUPE, redundancy, and compliance. Draft and negotiate settlement agreements, employment contracts, policies and procedural documentation. Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development. Mentor junior lawyers and support staff, helping to develop a collaborative, high-performing team.

Criteria:
Qualified solicitor with5+ years post-qualification experience in employment law. Strong technical knowledge of UK and Northern Ireland employment legislation and case law. Demonstrated experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Excellent drafting, advocacy and interpersonal skills.
