My client is a growing, medium-sized business based in Belfast, delivering quality food products across Northern Ireland, and are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who can drive efficiency, innovation, and excellence across their operations.

With full access to UK and Irish markets, the company provides end-to-end services including warehousing, logistics, customs, marketing, sales, and finance. Trusted by global brands, they combine market insight with expert execution to build visibility, drive growth, and deliver results.

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution.
• Optimise processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless supply chain performance.
• Manage a dedicated team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Develop and implement a robust supply chain strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee procurement, supplier management, logistics, warehousing, and inventory control.
• Lead contract negotiations, ensuring best value and long-term supplier partnerships.
• Forecast demand and manage supply planning to support sales and marketing activities.

• Proven leadership experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations
• Strong track record in supplier negotiations, logistics, and end-to-end supply chain management.
• Excellent commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with ERP and supply chain management systems.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and people leadership skills
