RF-- Cleaning Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join our team based at Radius Clonard Gardens, Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

• 3 Hours per week
• Monday to Wednesday
• 9am - 10:30am

• Ensure all areas (offices, kitchen and rest areas) are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards, including weekly and periodic tasks.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely as detailed by COSHH guidelines.
• Maintain full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and agents and use cleaning equipment only after correct training is given.
• Immediately report any faulty equipment and mark it as faulty.
• Knowledge of scrubber dryer operation is an advantage.
• Perform any and all other cleaning duties as required.

• Basic statutory training will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety and work instructions and communicate with customers on a day‑to‑day basis.
