Salary : £27,164 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a Secure Area Operative to join a growing client in Belfast. The successful Secure Area Operative will be responsible for the processing & preparation of coin and cash, loading / unloading of vehicles and dealing with drivers to ensure completion of secure and successful container transfers. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of machinery within the secure area, along with cleaning and basic maintenance of all equipment.

You must be computer literate as this is required for a large proportion of daily tasks. You must be reliable, flexible and display excellent accuracy skills. This role also requires the movement of coin and cash in a secure warehouse setting.

• Meticulous and high degree of attention to detail
• Communicate well and work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative within tight timescales.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy containers safely, using manual handling techniques.

Successful candidates will be required to undertake a number of security checks prior to employment commencing which include :

• A 5-year employment history (less for recent school leavers)
• Adverse financial credit check
• Access NI Criminal Record Check (Basic Level)
