Joining the People Consulting team in EY will provide you with the opportunity to work on some of the most interesting and complex transformation programmes in Ireland. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Change Manager to join our People Consulting Team. You will collaborate with clients to design, implement and evaluate comprehensive learning strategies to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our clients.

• You will develop strategic training and change management plans aligned with client/organisational goals and best practices.
• You will be experienced in the full project lifecycle, from concept through to implementation.
• You will design and customise training and change management programmes, workshops and materials tailored to client needs.
• You will have experience in the end-to-end project management of training and change programmes for clients.
• You will lead the development of project plans including defining the scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines.
• You will create and maintain project governance, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful completion of projects.
• You will incorporate innovative learning and change methodologies and technologies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
• You will implement programme evaluation frameworks/mechanisms to assess the impact and effectiveness of training and change initiatives.
• You will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• You will play an active role in growing our business by identifying potential business opportunities. This entails understanding potential client’s needs and supporting business proposals.

• Be degree qualified and have relevant professional experience; applicants will preferably have prior consulting experience in a client-facing role on large or complex transformation programmes.
• Be experienced in using relevant training/L&D tools, templates and change management methodologies.
• Experience in Oracle training is preferable.
