Role Details

NUGENT is seeking an experienced Mechanical Contract Manager. You will be a motivated and reliable worker who brings enthusiasm and positivity to a team and enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities And Duties
  • Ensure projects / contractual requirements are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Procure relevant plant, materials and subcontractor packages.
  • Responsible for the project team, staff management, control of labour and coordination.
  • Meet with clients on a regular basis.
  • Liaise with the client and contractor on project delivery.
  • Order and manage products / machinery for site.
Skills And Qualifications
  • Clean driving licence.
  • Mechanical Engineering degree or other relevant qualification.
  • PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Health and safety knowledge.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, can‑do approach and willingness to learn.
  • Organised and disciplined in planning and approach to work.
  • Confident team player in a busy environment.
