Area Manager, Northern Ireland - £55,000 - £62,500 plus Car & package

Our client is a leading and dynamic FMCG retailer, known for their fast-paced environment and continuous growth. With an exciting expansion plan in Northern Ireland, they are looking for a dedicated Area Manager to join their team.

Role Overview :

As an Area Manager, you will oversee multiple store locations, ensuring operational excellence, driving performance, and leading a team of store managers. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining high standards and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and support store managers across the region.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven experience in a multi-site retail management role, ideally within a fast-paced FMCG environment
• A strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales, margin, and operational performance
• A hands‑on leader who can coach, motivate, and develop high‑performing store management teams
• Experience supporting new store openings and managing change within a growing business
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across Northern Ireland
