PERSON SPECIFICATION NOTES TO JOB APPLICANTS

SECTION 1 - ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: FACTORS

Qualifications

Hold a third level qualification in Business Studies, Finance or Accountancy (Regulated Qualifications Framework Level
6) or an equivalent or higher qualification.

Option 2

Have a minimum of 5 years experience working in an administration / IT role within a post‑primary school.

  • A minimum of 5 years experience of managing the C2K system
  • A minimum of 5 years experience of managing staff and other resources

Demonstrable evidence of a working knowledge of computerised systems.

  • Effective planning and organisational skills and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
