M&E Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor - £55,000 - £57,000 London Victoria I am currently looking to speak to Site Supervisors for a Corporate office building based near Victoria station. The need is for a Site Supervisor to manage a small engineering team of engineers. This will be a 50/50 hands on/off role. HV Training provided. This company is globally recognised and is one where all staff will learn and develop their career and skill set.

On offer will be specific internal and external training opportunities. This is a Monday-Friday position working 8-5. Responsibilities:

- Supervising and motivating a team of engineers across multiple disciplines.

- Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements - Provide emergency response - Respond to work interruptions, outages or emergencies consistent within the SLA.

- Support the Data Centre Manager across PPM schedules and reactive maintenance scheduling.

- Ensure that health and Safety is carried out in full effect.

- HV Shut downs and assisting team for all switching. Requirements:

- Electrical Installation Level 12 or 23 - Have experience supervising a team of engineers.

- Strong knowledge of electrical and critical systems.

- Experience working within corporate offices.

- Integration - Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Experience with client liaison.
