Project Manager Property – Belfast, Northern Ireland, GB
A family-owned asset management firm is seeking a Project Manager in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will lead office fit-out projects from initial planning to final handover, delivering high quality and safe works on time and within budget.
Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate and oversee office fit-out projects from inception to handover.
- Ensure delivery of high‑quality, safe works on schedule and within budget.
- Manage project documentation, budgets, and timelines.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent project management experience.
- Relevant experience in project management of fit‑out or construction projects.
- Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate.
