We are looking for a Learning & Organisational Development Manager to lead and deliver strategic learning initiatives that strengthen our culture, support our people, and drive the Simon Learns pillar of our People Plan .

In this role, you will take the lead in designing and delivering an ambitious, people-centred L&D strategy that ensures our teams have the knowledge, confidence, and support to make a real difference. What you'll do As our Learning & OD Manager, you will:
Lead transformative learning initiatives Design and implement a refreshed, engaging induction programme for all new starters. Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements, maintaining accurate reporting and oversight. Drive digital innovation in learning Lead the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS). Curate high-quality content, develop our Learning Hub, and create personalised learning pathways that support staff development at every level.

Embed trauma-informed practice Integrate trauma-informed training, principles, and approaches across organisational learning and day-to-day practice. Partner with leaders across the organisation Work closely with managers and senior leaders to develop bespoke team development plans. Shape future-focused organisational learning strategies that build capability, promote wellbeing, and strengthen our values-driven culture. Measure what matters Use data, analytics, and learning insights to evaluate effectiveness, improve engagement, and ensure value for money.
