Base pay range- £31.90 per hour, full-time on-site in Belfast
- 36 hour week

ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a major player in the aerospace manufacturing sector, producing high‑quality components for global aircraft programmes. Their Belfast site is renowned for engineering excellence, advanced manufacturing capability and robust supply chain operations. Due to continued programme demand, they are seeking a skilled Technical Incoming Inspector to support quality, compliance and operational performance.
THE TECHNICAL INCOMING INSPECTOR ROLE
As a Technical Incoming Inspector, you will ensure all incoming parts, tooling and assemblies meet design and regulatory requirements. You’ll carry out inspections, support shop‑floor teams, identify anomalies, and contribute to corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include:- Performing inspection, quality control and quality assurance activities
- Ensuring compliance with design specifications, customer requirements and regulatory standards
- Providing guidance and instruction to operators when necessary
- Monitoring and supporting the Delegated Operator Scheme
- Working flexibly within inspection teams
- Writing technical reports to highlight drawing, process, or tooling issues
- Supporting investigation and corrective action processes
- Completed recognised electrical or mechanical apprenticeship
- Minimum 2 years’ post‑apprenticeship experience in aerospace, manufacturing, assembly or tooling
- Familiarity with quality control requirements
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Understanding of manufacturing and assembly practices and standards
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- ONC / A-levels or equivalent
- Knowledge or experience of 3D metrology
