We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to support our marketing activity over a six-month period. This role will help deliver campaigns, manage content, and provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns.
  • Create and schedule social media content across platforms.
  • Write and edit copy for marketing materials, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Support with event coordination and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and engagement.
  • Carry out general administrative and marketing support tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging copy for different channels.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Linked In and Tik Tok, with experience scheduling and posting content.
  • Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with design or scheduling tools such as Canva, Buffer or Meta Business Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance data and produce simple reports on campaign outcomes.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with a willingness to take initiative and learn new skills quickly.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
