Marketing & Content Assistant

THE EMPLOYER IS: EXSTO APPARELWe’re looking for a creative, motivated individual with a passion for fitness, fashion, and social media to join our team as a Marketing & Content Assistant. You’ll work closely with our founder and media team to plan, create, and post content that showcases the Exsto community - from behind-the-scenes gym life to new product launches and events.

This is an exciting opportunity to learn how to grow a brand from the inside, with hands-on experience across photography, videography, social media, and marketing strategy.

• Capture content (photo/video) during training sessions, events, and product shoots.
• Edit short-form videos for social media (Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, Meta Ads).
• Help manage and schedule posts across Exsto Gym and Exsto Apparel pages.
• Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Assist with influencer partnerships and product send-outs.
• Help with event coverage (Hyrox, pop-ups, challenges, etc.).
• Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns and creative concepts.

• Knowledge of fitness, social media or creative storytelling.
• Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, Cap Cut, or Adobe tools preferred).
• Willing to learn and contribute ideas.
