Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 (pro rata)

We’re a well‑established IT recruitment business with bases in Belfast and the USA, specialising in connecting high‑calibre tech talent with innovative companies across Ireland and North America. As our business continues to scale, we’re seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own and drive our marketing efforts from our Belfast office.

As Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns that boost our brand visibility, generate quality inbound leads, and support our recruitment consultants. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategy and delivering on measurable business objectives.

• Develop, implement, and manage our marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels
• Produce high‑quality content for Linked In, email campaigns, website, and newsletters
• Plan, run, and optimise paid marketing campaigns, tracking performance and ROI
• Oversee SEO, website analytics, and brand positioning to drive web growth
• Monitor ad spend and ensure efficient budget use
• Support event management, sponsor ships, and business partnerships
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing activities with business goals

• Significant experience in B2B marketing (ideally in recruitment, tech, or professional services)
• Strong competence with digital marketing tools and analytics
• Excellent writing skills and experience crafting engaging content
• Proven ability to run campaigns independently and deliver results
• Creative, proactive, and commercially minded
• Comfortable working on‑site in a collaborative, fast‑paced office environment

• Part‑time role (2‑3 days/week)
