4-week creative challenge | Remote | Commission-only freelance opportunity

I've spent 20 years working in Health & Beauty. Now I've launched my own brand, Hairetic, with one ambition: to completely change the way people think about dandruff.

We've developed three sensitive anti-dandruff products – shampoo, conditioner and 2-in-1 – and I genuinely believe we can take on the established brands.

But there's a problem.

Nobody knows who we are. Yet.

That's where you come in.

I'm not looking for someone to follow a corporate social media calendar, recycle trending hashtags or post another photograph of a shampoo bottle next to a plant.

I'm looking for someone who can make people notice.

Someone with unusual ideas. Someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling. Someone who wants the freedom to try something different.

The challenge

You’ll have access to Hairetic's Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok accounts, with considerable creative freedom.

Over four weeks, I want you to:

• Develop and publish a minimum of five original pieces of content per week, which can be shared across platforms.
• Experiment with different ideas, formats and approaches.
• Track basic engagement and performance.
• Find creative ways to introduce Hairetic to new audiences.
• Collaborate with other creators if you think it will help.

You decide how, where and when to create the content, within the agreed project brief and brand guidelines.

What do you get?
10% of ALL sales through  during your four-week project.

Not just sales attributed to your content.

Every website sale, regardless of where the customer came from.

Commission is calculated on website sales excluding VAT, refunds and cancellations, with the full terms agreed before starting.

There is no guaranteed income, but there is no cap on commission either.

I'll also happily provide a reference for work completed and, if we discover something that really works, there could be an opportunity to build a longer-term relationship with Hairetic.

Who am I looking for?

You don't need 10 years of agency experience.

You don't need a marketing degree.

You do need:

• A demonstrable ability to create engaging content.
• A good understanding of Instagram, Facebook or Tik Tok.
• An unconventional approach to marketing.
• The confidence to experiment and try things that might fail.
• An understanding of platform rules and responsible advertising.

This is a four-week, independent freelance project, not a salaried position. Applicants should be operating as genuinely self-employed service providers.
