Salary: £30,000- £40,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm

* Every third Saturday: 9.30am – 12.30pm

* Full clean driving licence required

As a family-owned and well-established estate agency, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and consistently achieving outstanding results for their clients.

They are now seeking an experienced and motivated Estate Agent to join the growing team.

The Role

As an Estate Agent, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management and marketing of properties, providing a professional and personable service to both landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Preparing property paperwork and marketing materials

* Advertising properties across all major property portals and social media platforms

* Conducting accompanied property viewings

* Negotiating tenancy terms, rental values, and furnishings

* Registering landlords and managing security deposits

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Essential Criteria

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Property / Estate Agency role

* Clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

* Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
