Nestlé UK & Ireland – Nespresso – Retail Boutique Sales Assistant – Belfast – £12.60 per hour + Potential Bonus + Excellent Benefits + Development Pathway – Permanent 24 hours / 3 days a week, flexible working options.

We’re looking for a dedicated and driven Sales Assistant to join our Nespresso boutique in Belfast. Demonstrate strong understanding of retail and competitive environment to contribute to brand success.

• Ensuring a premium customer experience through exceptional customer service and excellent delivery of all elements of boutique performance.
• Welcoming customers to the boutique and adapting to meet their needs.
• Being a proud and passionate brand ambassador of Nespresso.

Support customers in finding their perfect cup of coffee and be on hand to deliver service oriented sales, promoting our unique brand experience.

• Confidence and charismatic individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to rapidly build strong, working relationships with customers.
• Experience with in the retail sector, ideally from a luxury background – or other industries with relevant skill set.
