Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at the five-star Merchant Hotel. • An overnight stay with dinner for two at The Merchant Hotel (subject to contract).

This is primarily an office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends to support client events, familiarisation trips, site inspections, and show rounds.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office environment
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
• Positive attitude and committed to delivering a high level of customer service

• At least 1 years’ experience in hotel sales or a hospitality environment
• Knowledge of hotel booking or CRM systems
