This is primarily an office‑based role, working Monday to Friday, 9am‑5pm, with flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends to support client events, familiarisation trips, site inspections, and show rounds.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
• Positive attitude and committed to delivering a high level of customer service

• At least 1 year of experience in hotel sales or a hospitality environment
• Knowledge of hotel booking or CRM systems
