Key Responsibilities

Outbound calls to prospective customers (B2B across UK industries)
Sell, cross-sell, and upsell company products/services
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide excellent customer service
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated by sales and achieving targets
Previous outbound telesales experience required
Resilient, driven, and adaptable
Works well in a fast-paced sales environment
