Inbound Sales Advisor – Vodafone (Concentrix)

As an Inbound Sales Advisor you will handle inbound calls from customers in the last 6 months of their contracts, assisting with retentions, selling additional products and services, and engaging brand‑new customers.

• Take inbound calls from current and prospective Vodafone customers.
• Assist customers with contract renewals and retention offers.
• Identify and promote additional Vodafone products and services.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to new customers.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Starting salary £25,480 plus uncapped bonus (average earnings £716/month).
• Rotational shift pattern: 40 hrs/week (Mon‑Fri 8 am‑10 pm; Sat‑Sun 8 am‑8 pm).

• Computer literate, able to navigate and multitask on multiple systems.
