Front End Engineer- React

My client is seeking a skilled Front-End Engineer with 3-5 years of commercial experience, specialising in React
. This role is ideal for someone who loves crafting exceptional user experiences while working within a modern, fast-moving engineering environment.

• Design, develop and optimise front-end features using React and modern JavaScript/Type Script.
• Translate UI/UX designs into fully responsive and accessible user interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Back-End teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Maintain high code quality through best practices, testing and code reviews.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and front-end standards.
• Monitor, debug and improve performance across applications.

• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with React and modern front-end frameworks.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), Type Script and component-driven development.
• Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Recoil or similar).
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design and accessibility.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs or Graph
  
  QL services.
• Strong familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD practices.

• Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, Rollup).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library or Cypress.
• Exposure to design systems and UI component libraries.
• Understanding of performance optimisation for large-scale front-end applications.
• Experience working with cloud platforms or serverless environments.
