We're seeking a highly experienced technical leader to join a global product engineering team in a role that involves leading complex architecture, design, and delivery within a high-availability environment, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and developers worldwide.

What you'll do:
Lead design and development of large-scale backend services in Java/J2EE (Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs). Own solution architecture across microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native deployments. Oversee development standards, documentation, mentoring, and quality assurance. Engage in GenAI tooling and integration (e.g. GPT, Claude, Git Hub Copilot) Ensure high system performance, maintainability, and security across deployments. What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in enterprise-level Java development with deep REST API and microservice expertise. Strong experience with databases (Postgre

SQL/Oracle), cloud-native practices, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions). Proven leadership in agile environments and mentoring technical teams.
