HGV Class 1​/Driver​/Night Shifts; Temp to Perm

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Belfast area. We are looking for multiple HGV Drivers to join the team.

No Experience? Just Starting out? No problem!

• HGV Class 2 Afternoon - 15 : 00pm onwards
• HGV Class 2 Nights - 21 : 00pm - 23 : 00pm
• HGV Class 1 Afternoon - 15 : 00pm onwards
• HGV Class 1 Nights - 21 : 00pm - 23 : 00pm
• HGV Class 2 Days- 08 : 30am

• HGV Class 2 Afternoon - £16.05 per hour PAYE
• HGV Class 2 Nights - £17.98 per hour PAYEHGV Class 1 Afternoon - £17.62 per hour PAYE
• HGV Class 1 Nights - £22.00 per hour PAYE
• HGV Class 2 Days - £16.05

Job Type: Temp to Perm

• Safely handling and conveying palletised packages to sub depots.
• Emphasising safe driving practices and ensuring precise documentation.
• Typically completing 3 to 4 runs on an average.
• Drivers will need to contribute to the loading and unloading of the vehicle, utilising a tail lift and pump truck.
• Engaging with customers while upholding a professional and polite image on behalf of the company.

• Full UK driving licence with Class 1 or 2 entitlement (category C&E or
  
  C).
• Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
• Full understanding of WTD legislation.
• Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A safety-first mindset.
