Field Store Warehouse Operative
Location: Black staff Road, Kennedy Way Industrial Estate, Belfast
Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm
Contract: Temporary/ Perm
We are looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to support day-to-day warehouse operations. Duties include picking, packing, goods in/out, loading and unloading, returns processing, and general warehouse housekeeping. You will also use warehouse systems and MHE where required to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities- Picking, packing, checking, and processing stock
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Maintaining health, safety, and site security standards
- Providing professional customer service
- Supporting continuous improvement and meeting productivity targets
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work to targets and deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, flexible, and punctual
- Basic computer skills desirable
- Full driving licence beneficial but not essential
