Are you skilled in CNC turning and passionate about precision engineering? Our metalworking company is looking for an experienced CNC Turner to join our dynamic team in Belgium!
Responsibilities
As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality metal components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Programming CNC machines (using ISO programming on the panel of the machine) and adjusting parameters when necessary.
- Performing quality control checks using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure precision and adherence to tolerances.
- Making adjustments and corrections based on inspection results to maintain product quality.
- Collaborating with team members to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Position Requirements
5+ Years
work experience - You have experience in CNC turning, preferably with ISO programming using G & M codes.
- You speak English fluently
- You are skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- You have experience with either series production or piecework, working on small or large components.
- You are familiar with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens.
- You have worked with various metals
- You are motivated, reliable, and looking for a long-term position in Belgium. All our jobs are temp-to-perm (option to become permanent).
Additional Information / Benefits
- Fully legal employment under Belgian law.
- Attractive salary between €18.00 – €22.00/hour gross, plus meal vouchers.
