WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Own setup and maintenance of parts in SAP, including material master, routing, and bill of materials.
- Assist in managing the Document Control System.
- Create and maintain standardized operating procedures.
- Follow processes to ensure all manufacturing systems are documented and personnel are trained.
- Design and test process upgrades and new process systems.
- Optimize processes to increase efficiency, product quality, and reduce waste.
- Lead continuous improvement activities of existing manufacturing processes.
- Assist with process troubleshooting and support Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
- Support project timelines and capital budgets.
- Perform other roles and responsibilities as assigned.
YOU HAVE:
- Technologist diploma or relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SAP and Enovia is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation (product drawings, process layouts, FMEA).
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal and external personnel.
- Strong time management skills with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and strong written/verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in 3D design software (AutoCAD, Solid Works) is preferred.
- Knowledge of machine control logic, PLC programming, and robotics is a plus.
