Production Associate

Sprague Foods Limited is looking for food production workers who will be responsible to work with the assembly line team efficiently.

• Operating machinery
• Record inventory
• Monitor and record daily production runs, ensuring accuracy
• Regular upkeep and cleaning of assigned equipment
• Maintain a flexible approach to work to meet all team-based needs
• Maintain a strict level of personal hygiene which includes adhering to all health and safety protocol
• Keep regular flow of materials to pack and unload products to pallets
• Clean and organize work zone as part of regular preventative maintenance
• Follow all Sprague Foods Limited health and safety protocol consistently

• Experience working in a production environment with food with regulated products under CFIA/BRC programme.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Ability to work in a hot and humid environment.
• Must be able to take direction, carry out responsibilities independently.
• Multi-tasking while ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency.
• Itemization and ability to adhere to step by step instructions.
• Time management.
• Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours.
• Lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Our main production runs Monday to Friday, occasional weekend hours.
