** The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. * Job Responsibilities:

*** Make decisions regarding the operation based on a combination of customer’s needs, needs of the business and the needs of the Employees;
* Assume Cell Leader responsibilities for assigned work cell;
* Comply with and ensure all Employees adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook;
* Comply with and ensure all Employees adhere to IATF Requirements;
* Conduct LPA/ First Off and Process related documentation verifications daily to ensure compliance;
* Utilize data and drive to close issues preventing full attainment to schedule (PPSR’s, CAR’s/PAR’s, SPC run charts)## ##
