Here’s what you will be doing:
- Participate on project teams for architectural projects including commercial, sports, healthcare, and public assembly buildings.
- Engage in the Secure Design practice as an engineering intern.
- Take part in the in-house staff development program.
The company is looking for candidates with:
- BS in Civil Engineering or completion of at least 24 hours of engineering coursework towards a BS in Civil Engineering.
- Acceptance in or plans to apply for a graduate program in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
- Strong technical background and enthusiasm for structural design challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible scheduling with consistent availability of at least 20 hours per week.
- Hourly wage ranging from $25.30 to $35.20, depending on courses taken and total credit hours toward a Master's degree.
