Humana, Inc. is seeking a Center Well Home Health Registered Nurse to provide personalized, one-on-one care in patients' homes across Beaufort County (Washington/Aurora area). Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will develop care plans, monitor conditions and educate families to support recovery and independence.
The role requires RN licensure, CPR and teamwork with physicians. Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required. Pay ranges and benefits are described in the posting.
