Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Equans is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team based in Bellshill on a permanent basis. This part‑time role works 17 hours over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday, 8 am‑5 pm). The salary is £10,926.24 per annum plus a benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Answer calls for a fast‑paced multi‑contract Helpdesk.
- Log calls live on the internal CAFM system.
- Assign and dispatch work to various resources via multiple channels.
- Work to service level agreements to avoid financial penalties.
- Issue reports to internal and external clients using the in‑house system.
- Proactively monitor and chase work orders to completion within required SLA.
- Provide first‑line support for our electric vehicle charging (Genie Point) customers.
- Process requests via various channels.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
- 24 days annual leave (pro rata) plus public holidays.
