Helpdesk Coordinator

Equans is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team based in Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) with an offered salary of £24,102 plus benefits.

Work schedule:

Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer calls for a fast‑paced, multi‑contract Helpdesk.
  • Log live calls on internal CAFM systems.
  • Assign and dispatch work to various resources via multiple channels.
  • Maintain service level agreements to prevent financial penalties.
  • Prepare issue reports for internal and external clients/customers using the in‑house system.
  • Proactively monitor and chase work orders to completion within the required SLA.
  • Provide first‑line support for our electric vehicle charging (Genie Point) customers.
  • Respond to action requests via various channels.
  • Handle administrative tasks as required by the business.

Requirements
  • Experience in a facilities management Helpdesk environment.
  • Experience working to strict SLAs and KPIs.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
