Helpdesk Coordinator
Equans is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team based in Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) with an offered salary of £24,102 plus benefits.
Work schedule:
Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
- Answer calls for a fast‑paced, multi‑contract Helpdesk.
- Log live calls on internal CAFM systems.
- Assign and dispatch work to various resources via multiple channels.
- Maintain service level agreements to prevent financial penalties.
- Prepare issue reports for internal and external clients/customers using the in‑house system.
- Proactively monitor and chase work orders to completion within the required SLA.
- Provide first‑line support for our electric vehicle charging (Genie Point) customers.
- Respond to action requests via various channels.
- Handle administrative tasks as required by the business.

- Experience in a facilities management Helpdesk environment.
- Experience working to strict SLAs and KPIs.
- Good customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
