Sales Coordinator

The Role

As a Hire / Sales Coordinator, you’ll help grow and support both existing and new customer accounts while delivering a consistently high level of customer service. You’ll manage daily priorities, handle customer enquiries, and support the wider team in achieving shared goals.

• Managing your own workload and prioritising daily tasks
• Handling customer enquiries with a confident and professional telephone manner
• Supporting internal accounts and liaising with regional depots
• Producing reports and working with Excel
• Maintaining and updating the customer database
• Working collaboratively within the team to meet targets and objectives

• Strong customer service and people skills
• A proactive, enthusiastic team player
• Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator via phone and email
• Good administration skills with experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Tool or hire industry experience is desirable, but not essential – full training is provided
• A willingness to learn technical product knowledge
