Ongoing Temp job - Logistics Coordinator / Dispatch Agent / Administrator

Working hours:

4:00 am – 12:00 pm (30 min break), Monday – Friday

Pay: £15.52 per hour

Our client in Bellshill are looking for either someone with Logistics Coordinator or Transport Dispatch experience or a very experienced administrator to join their team. The working hours are 4:00 am – 12:00 pm Monday to Friday. If these hours and days don't work for you, please do not submit your CV as these hours aren't negotiable.

PLEASE NOTE WE REQUIRE FLEXIBILITY AS WE ARE A SMALL TEAM TO COVER HOLIDAY / SICKNESS. WE MAY ASK THE CANDIDATE TO CHANGE SHIFT TO ASSIST.

• Despatch & Brief drivers (outbound and inbound)
• Monitoring and tracking vehicle and driver movements
• Reporting delays and route issues to managers and stations
• Dealing with Breakdowns & VOR'S
• Ensuring driver compliance checks completed daily.
• Using internal despatch systems & Tracking Systems
• Ensuring Vehicle compliance checks are completed monthly.
• General Admin Duties
• Filing
