Fairbanks Morse Defense is seeking a production supervisor to lead 20-25 direct labor employees in assembling large engines and engine skids. You will drive lean initiatives, manage schedules, and ensure a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial manufacturing, strong communication, and experience with ERP/Oracle systems. HS diploma is required; higher education preferred.
