Seton Medical Center Harker Heights in Texas is seeking a Night Shift Medical Surgical Charge Nurse to lead the Med/Surg unit at our 83-bed acute care hospital.
You will coordinate staffing, assignments, and operations, serve as resource nurse, and help drive performance improvement while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Requirements include Texas RN licensure, current BLS and ACLS, and a minimum of one year in Med/Surg; BSN expected within four years of hire.
