Job Title:
TIG Welding and Manufacturing Technician Pay: $24 - $26 per hour
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 am to 4 pm

As a TIG Welding and Manufacturing Technician, you'll support high-quality fabrication and welding processes. You'll work closely with supervisors, engineers, and quality control team members to deliver excellent products while maintaining safety and efficiency.
You'll Do
As a TIG Welding and Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Perform TIG welding according to blueprints, drawings, and specific instructions, working with stainless steel and aluminum
- Monitor production processes to ensure accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures
- Record production data, including quantities produced, scrap rates, and manufacturing issues
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality control team members to maintain workflow and meet production goals
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Hands-on experience with TIG welding
- A basic understanding of metal fabrication processes and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
- Physical stamina, dexterity, problem-solving skills, and mechanical aptitude

This position is on-site in Bend and offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 6:30 am to 4 pm.
