We are seeking to appoint an efficient administrative assistant with excellent communication, administration and IT skills to be part of our very busy school office team.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake reception and telephone duties, answering enquiries from staff, pupils, parents and the general public in a calm and professional manner.
  • Provide secretarial, clerical and word‑processing support ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide administrative support, e.g. photocopying, typing and collation of pupils’ files.
  • Administer first aid (a first aid certificate is desirable but training can be provided).
  • Assist with pupil records, including attendance registers.
Qualifications
  • Achieved GCSE English & Maths Level 4 / Grade C or above, or equivalent.
  • Have enhanced DBS clearance and satisfactory references.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, protection and welfare of children.
