Senior Frontend Developer (React) – Remote (Italy-based)
Location:
Remote within Italy, with optional hybrid work from our Monza or Cagliari offices

As we expand our product capabilities, we’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with strong React expertise to take a leading role in our frontend team. This is more than a coding role — you'll help define architecture, uphold best practices, and mentor others as a key contributor to our product evolution.
What You’ll Do
Lead the frontend development of core features in our SaaS products.
Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences.
Contribute to technical decisions, coding standards, and architectural improvements.
Build reusable components and scalable front-end solutions using React.
Review code, share knowledge, and support junior developers in the team.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience developing complex frontend applications using React.js .
Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Experience optimizing performance and maintaining accessibility standards.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
A proactive, structured, and mentoring attitude — you enjoy helping others grow.
Fluency in English and Italian is a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience in a SaaS or product-led company.
Familiarity with design systems or component libraries.
Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks.
