We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Nutrition Associate to support Huel’s product quality functions, customer experience and internal teams.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer nutrition queries, providing clear, accurate, and evidence-based responses.
• Collaborate with the CX team to develop guidance, FAQs, and educational materials that improve customer understanding of nutrition and Huel’s products.
• Translate technical nutrition information into accessible language for non-experts and liaise with CRM & Marketing content teams on thought leading nutritional content.
• Deliver personalised 1:1 nutrition sessions for Huel employees, supporting wellbeing and healthy lifestyle goals.
• Work closely with Nutrition, NPD, and Marketing teams to provide consistent and accurate nutrition input across the business.
• Support the coordination of ingredient and product lab testing (e.g., nutritional analyses, micronutrient assessments).
• Assist with maintaining accurate nutrition data across product documentation and contribute to routine checks comparing lab results with pack copy and internal specification documents.
• Support the team with ingredient research, literature reviews, and basic nutrition analysis tasks.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate in a nutrition-related discipline who is looking to build and expand their professional practice within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

• BSc or MSc in Nutrition or a related field (AfN-accredited degree preferred) and a passion for evidence-based nutrition and helping others.
• 0–2 years’ experience in a nutrition, health, product or customer-facing role would be a bonus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Confidence handling scientific information, data, and lab results.
• Experience responding to customer nutrition queries or providing general nutrition guidance.
• Familiarity with food labelling, nutrition claims, or regulatory basics.

• Hybrid working – we spend Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office together. The remaining two days have the option to be worked from home.
