We are looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant with complete working knowledge of our menus and menu ingredients, and a passion for excellent service. In this role you will provide consistent levels of excellent service, be courteous, professional and help drive sales within the F&B department while serving as an ambassador for Champneys.

• Ensure the F&B area is well presented and invites guests, meeting company standards.
• Have a full and sound knowledge of dietary needs and nutritional information to advise guests on menu choices.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage menus to handle guest queries.
• Take reservations, receive and deliver orders, and serve guests with drinks and meals.
• Maintain a clean working and dining area and keep cellar areas in a safe and hygienic condition.
• Prepare restaurant & bar areas for service in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Serve guests with drinks and meals in accordance with company and hotel standards, taking every opportunity to upsell.
• Rotate bar stocks and maintain sales displays according to guidelines.
